For Incoming First-Year students: The housing application is still open even though the May 15th priority deadline has passed. First-year students are required to live on campus with Carolina Housing or with Granville Towers.
For Incoming Transfer, Exchange, or Returning Undergrads: The housing application is open, but as of June 23rd, applicants who apply are not guaranteed housing. If you apply and we are unable to assign you, we will cancel your application for no penalty.

Please note, you may not have an active account until 3-4 business days after paying your enrollment deposit. If you still do not have access to log in, contact us at housing@unc.edu.
Housing priority is not deteremined by your application submission date and thefore everyone who submits their application by the May 15th deadline will all be entered into the housing lottery.
